Cawffee {table} tawk
ok girls, can we tawk? about my cawfee table(S)? i love this one, it has a glass top {which can be a plus and a minus!}, it also has caning on the bottom shelf {which i love}, it's curvy {like me!} and kinda frenchy too! and then there's this one, it's creamy and longer so we can put our tootsies up from anywhere on the couch {big plus}, and it has cute doors w/ shabby chic rose appliques, and hidden storage {which is great to stuff things in when you get a call that someone is stopping by and you need to put on the"fake house", not that I ever do that!} so as you can see they both have some great qualities. so now i have to choose one, cuz hubby said i'm supposed to SELL this stuff, not MOVE IN with it! so what do you think? which one should stay and which one should i sell??? thanks for weighing in and listening to me tawk!
{EDITED TO ADD: My friend Victoria had a great point, the one w/ the glass top would sell faster because it's the more popular one! also, Hubby was not too happy when he got home and i had moved the curvy one back into it's spot and put the long one aside to take to the store on Wed....I have to figure this out by Wednesday!!! Uggghhhh! Still confused in Clovis:)}
{EDITED TO ADD {AGAIN!} : The longer table now sits in my booth at the store! I made the tough decision, now let's hope it sells! THANKS FOR ALL OF YOUR INPUT AND TIME, I REALLY APPRECIATE IT!}

We sure can tawk over cawfee, and kick our heels up on your new table.....it looks fantastic. It could not be more perfect in your shabby chic LR. Thanks for joining me, I enjoyed my visit. Debbie
ReplyDeleteI'm partial to the curvy one. I think it better compliments your sofa and room decor.
ReplyDeleteFake house ~ who me???? ;o}
Have a wonderful week! La
Both are great... I am leaning towards the glass top one...no reason... I just like it : ) (stopping by from BNOTP : )
ReplyDeleteGood Morning: They are both oh so lovely but if the choice was mine and I had to pick only one (darn) it would be the table with the glass top. I'm certain you'll make the right decision!

I prefer the style of the first, but I can see the allure of the practicality of the second. I think you can't loose! :)
ReplyDeleteI still like the curvy one, too!
ReplyDeleteI love the cane table! Great job, I have decided we can paint anything white and it looks great! thank you for stopping and your kind words.

Thanks everyone for weighing in, i really still love the curvy one, i think i like the longer one becuz it's "new" to me. i've had the curvy one for about 3-4 years and you know i get restless! the ideal thing to do would be to keep them both and trade out form time to time! still not sure what i'm gonna do! ugggh, decisions, decisions! ~(confused)decorating diva
ReplyDeleteI like the rectangular one! :)
ReplyDeleteThey all looke so pretty, but I like the one with the glass top.

They are both pretty but I like the curvy one the best. So pretty.
ReplyDeleteI think both work well in your room, with their own special qualities. I like how the Glass top looks in the room, but love the practical part of the longer table. I also believe that the glass top table would be an easier sell, based from all the comments that have been posted so far. Good Luck!
